Meet the Founder
Lamanda Ballard, CEO
In 2017, while working in tech, Lamanda started Flo Code out of her living room. What began as a small effort grew into one of Texas's largest menstrual equity movements, distributing over a million period products.
But the real education came from the conversations. Woman after woman shared the same frustrating experience: years spent searching for answers, symptoms dismissed, doctors who didn't have time to listen. Lamanda recognized these stories because she'd lived one herself.
Her tech career spanned marketing and sales at Oracle and Dell, and executive leadership at PlanSource under Vista Equity Partners, where she learned how to scale software and build infrastructure at a global level.
The disconnect became clear: she knew how to build enterprise solutions, but the women she was serving through Flo Code were still waiting years for basic answers about their health. The technology existed to do better. The research existed. But nobody was putting it together.
So she built FloEver Health — bringing together grassroots understanding of what women actually need with the technical expertise to scale solutions that work.
